Q: Is the free trial really 'free'?
A: Absolutely! If after 30 days you do not see a significant increase in your business due to the email promotions, you can just tell me to stop sending emails, and will not owe me a thing. There is no contract to sign, no obligation. I want to prove to you that email is the most profitable form of advertising you can do! This service will pay for itself in increased business.

Q: What information will you collect from my customers?
A: Name, email address and birthday (month and day only, not year).

Q: Who owns the customer information?
A: You do! I can give you a file of the customer information anytime you ask. All the information you collect is strictly confidential, will be used only for the purpose of your business, and will not be shared with anyone for any reason.

Q: What if my customers complain that I am "spamming" them?
A: When your customers enter their information and turn in their slip, they are asking to be in your Email Club and to receive your special promotions. Additionally, there is an unsubscribe link in every email.

Q: How will I know if the email marketing is effective?
A: The email offers have an expiration date and you will know it's working by the flood of email-printed coupons coming in.

Q: Will this help me get new customers?
A: Yes, your current customers will be able to forward their email offers to their friends, family, co-workers, etc., who will be able to print and use the coupons as well.
